Could someone possibly tell me where the FUCK my copy of Henry's Dream (by Nick Cave) has gotten to? I have searched all of the apartment, in my car, in all of my cd books, and even in cases that it doesn't go in. All to no avail. The only place I haven't checked is my mother's car, which I am 99.999999 % sure that I cleaned out her car completely of my cds.

I even shook down the Engineer, to see if he still had it. Because I vaguely remember it spending quite a bit of time in his car for a while.

And nothing. It's nowhere to be found. And this is highly distressing, as it not only is my favourite Nick Cave album, but it's my favourite album PERIOD.

The last time I REMEMBER playing it was when I was still working, back in the end of June/beginning of July. But, I'm sure I've listened to it since then, as it rarely comes out of rotation. Also, I'm paranoid that it got stuck in the wrong case and was sold during one of my cd selling sprees. However, the clerks check all cds sold to them to make sure the correct one is in the case.

It's those goddamn gnomes, again. I just know it.

Why couldn't they have made off with one of the albums of his that I'm not so enamoured with? Like Nocturama, for instance? Or the To Have and to Hold soundtrack?

What's weird is that my copy of Henry's Dream (by Nick Cave) is damaged, and does not play anymore, no matter how nicely I ask.

Is this a conspiracy? Is there important information to be found on Henry's Dream (by Nick Cave) that Someone does not want us to have? Information that could bring down the Reign of Terror of the Gnomes forever? INFORMATION THAT WOULD CAUSE ME TO HUM A JAUNTY TUNE??

Speaking of me humming a jaunty tune, earlier this evening (or yesterday evening, what have you), I was walking home, and what do you think I was humming to myself? I'll tell you what I was humming to myself. I was humming Loom of the Land to myself, which, as you are well aware, is a song from Henry's Dream (by Nick Cave).

Is this a coincidence?
