Very disconnected today; brain is swimming, vision is blurry. Things don't seem quite real to me until I touch them, and sometimes not even then. Because of it, I'm forced to look sideways at people when they speak to me. Full on eye contact makes me dizzy.

Haven't had a spell like this in quite some time.

who needs to look people in the eye anyways? most people are ugly and make me all dizzy to look at too. what you need is big ass tacky sunglasses with rhinestones and mirror tints! or maybe aveator glasses so you can tell people to "respect your athoratiiiii!!!!!!"
