a tale of two bad rats

I hijacked the Engineer's new toy that he's refusing to share new digital camera, to take some sorely needed photos of the boys.

Simon on the left! Renfield on the right!

Simon!

Renfield!

...gah. I loves them, precious. Yes, I do.

Joanna is absolutely disgusted with me, because ever since the Engineer uploaded the photos and emailed them to me, I've been out of control in the office about them. I can't come talk about lunch because I'm looking at photos of my rats!

I do think you have converted me from a bona-fide rat abstainer to a bona-fide rat LOVER. These little guys are really, really cute!!!!

hi - i remember your striped stockings and the askew view in one of your icons. hope we had a satisfy transaction. just wanted to thank you for putting up a feedback page for me. i thought it was optional, but if people have asked, it's probably a good idea. is there a place i can add the URL to my LJ?

btw, who knew that mices could be so precious? Simon's ears! like flower petals. and Renfield's tee-tiny pink fingers. wow [in awe] i love critters anyway. have volunteered for 10 yrs. at a wildlife rehab facility and brought home some baby possums for the weekend once. but never considered mice.

but i run on. thanks again, very much. guess i'd better get some more folks to weigh in.

reposted comment because I messed up my HTML tags.

Oh yes, our transaction was quite satisfactory. I just haven't had a chance yet to go back and add my feedback, work has been insane and I haven't had a lot of desk time. Feedback profiles are indeed optional, but several people asked me to make one for you.

I'm not quite sure what you mean about your question of where you can add the URL to your LJ, though. You can link the URL from anywhere in your LJ, but one of the community rules is to not post the link in any other BPAL-related community (unless it's in a sales/swap post).

Hee! Simon and Renfield are actually rats, but I loves the mice as well. I don't currently keep any, though. Also: omg baby possums!

Thanks for stopping by. :)

i just meant that i don't know what the feedback URL is to leave fb for other people. i can just put it in one of my menus bars. i am _so_ losing it, typed "window bards" instead of menu bars.

not to distract you from you busyness, but a quick possom story. i have never wanted kids, although, on a case by case basis, i enjoy them. but after 3 days and nights with Miss Lilac, Old Yeller, Pinkie Winkie and the other two (we put a tiny bit of colored nail polish just on the inside top of one ear so we could tell who had been fed), i was overwhelmed by the release of years and years of supressed matermal hormones. my husband and i even started talking about having a baby. luckily, my brother-in-law mailed us an itemized list of the staggering cost of having and raising a kid until age 21. but all those little possums fit in a green plastic strawberry basket and when i fed one the rest were climbing my hair and burrowing around in it, or exploring inside my shirt. it was a treat.
