Holy Mary, Mother of mice above. We got a new girl in my department today who seems to be of the fervently religious sort. I've been here for fifteen minutes and I've only heard her talk about God, church, her pastor, and ministering to people.

I'm doomed, I tell you.

Maybe I should make the Baron's altar a bit more visible.

I think that would draw her to you, since, in twisty Christian logic it proves that you are obviously lacking the presence of god in your life, and are crying out for help. Or something.

Lately I've been amusing myself by watching some horrible Christian cable channel. Last time, they had a team of teenaged interpretive dancers dancing the word of Christ. During a pledge drive. While the preacher-woman, who reminded me very strongly of a bipolar person on speed during a manic episode, reminded the viewers that for only $84 a month, their souls could be saved.
