I've been reading a lot of the news lately. Bits and pieces culled from CNN and suchlike, whilst I'm at work. It helps to pass the time, I would reckon. Though it's not something that I truly enjoy.

I've come to a conclusion, however, about all the hellfire and brimstone that has been going on in the international politics front:

THEY'RE ALL A BUNCH OF WHINEY BABIES.

Every single one of them. Yep. That's right. I just used a broad fucking paintbrush to slap a coat on every single politician who walks the face of this planet.

well, we'll stop doing this when they stop doing what they're doing.

I used to say that I wanted to live in my very own country, a deserted island perhaps. I've now decided I want my own little planet. Kind of like the Little Prince, only with a bit more walking around space.

I wobble from hoping there is a way out of this all, to wanting to just nuke the living shit out of everyone else on this planet.

It's sad that the conflicts that are going on in the world right now are fundamentally similar to two brats squabbling with each other. "You shut up!" "No, you shut up!" "No YOU!" "YOU!" etc etc

Bleh. I haven't lost my faith yet, though I'm beginning to question whether that could possibly be a bad thing after all.

Carrie will be in effect as of tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to make it up.
The one day I thought I could do it was tomorrow.
But, my mom's getting a treatment and I'd rather not
be so far from home.
