I have decided that, come hell or high water, with my next paycheck I am going to pay for a massage. A /good/ one, too.

Failing that, I am going to rent a room at the motel down the street from my apartment. One with a jacuzzi. And I am going to buy an eighth from my brother.

I will sit in the jacuzzi and smoke the eighth. Well. A large portion of it.
By my fucking self.

And I will unkink every single knot in my shoulders and my neck.

You're best bet is going to the massage training schools -you can get some really nice massages and the rates are really reasonable -not to mention you should get one of those new hot rocks massages -those feel really good (I know it sounds like hokey spiritual bullshit but it works well) I hope you follow through -you need a massive destresser...*hugs* Hope everything calms down somewhat.
