Yeah, you know when I'm physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted when I can't even muster up the energy to properly reply to a debate I involved myself in online (in a pagan community, a GOOD one at that).

I have rebuttals to be made. I'm just too scattered to give them. And I should have left for the hospital fifteen minutes ago, but I'm being a schmuck.

What I need is an hour in one of those sensory deprivation tanks. I'd like that just fine.

I'm sorry things are so bad. I wish I could help you out some more. But, dear, you are strong and I know you can handle it. Why not take a long bath with candles and quiet music tonight? Truly, I know you deserve that.

No upper hand here, at least not on this subject. It's one that I actually don't have all /that/ much knowledge about.

However, I've been taking it slow all weekend. Other then today when I cleaned all my animal cages and shampooed the rug in the living room. But, that had to be done. It was stinky.
