Side notice: It always amazes me how one's actions or words just speaks volumes about their character, or lack thereof. No matter how insignicant they may think them, it's a giant flashing, uh, sign thingy. Give some people enough rope and they hang themselves. Which is a nice piece of information to have the next time you choose to deal with them.
