Possible solutions to the show quandry:

I can ask off for both days.

I can work half a day, on each day. Though that will involve much finagling of a ride to and from the train station (goddamn, I wish I had my Caddy).

I can...*gulp* not go to one of the shows.

*sighs*
Too many decisions and it's far too late at night to think about them. I really have no desire to miss even more time from work, I've missed too much as is.

My neck and shoulders still hurt. I sat almost all day long with the heating pad on me, but it didn't do all that much. Sat, drank water, and smoked cigarettes. Saw my name in print where I didn't expect to. Read numerous and frivilous things to keep myself and my mind occupied.

At around three, I went out to lunch with the Sensitive Artist (he paid, as I'm broke as hell until Friday). Interesting conversation was to be had regarding my past and the breakup with the Cheshire Cat.

There were toothpicks in the ceiling, as well.
