I've eaten so many cough drops already and it's only half past ten in the morning.

It doesn't do that much good. And it's starting to make me feel kind of urky. The directions on the back of the package, "administer as needed", are a bunch of lies.


There are three sides to every story: your side, their side, and the truth.

Truth is subjective.
Truth is malleable.
Truth is tensile.

Cough drops are none of these things, I would reckon.

A ten-piece mariachi band seems to have taken up residence in my lower back. I am assuming it's from all the unproductive, violent coughing I have been doing.

I would like nothing more then to go home, drink a good portion of that bottle of Gentleman Jack that the Engineer bought for my birthday, and listen to Tom Waits.

Unfortunately, I have to go to the grocery store and buy food to make dinner on Thursday. Bah, responsibility!
