Aug. 21st, 2005 10:58 pmI'll always wonder who it was she saw come into the room, as her eyes rolled towards the door and she took her last breath.
Today was full of a lot of love and laughter, and a lot of unexpected tears. This evening saw me dismantling a bit more of the past and installing a tiny amount of the future. However superficial these things may be, they are enormous steps I'm taking. Each slow footfall is enormously painful and instead of growing accustomed or numb to the hurt, I'm becoming more acutely aware of it. I think that's how it's supposed to be, though.
If I still had red hair, I would quote Sylvia Plath.
