Tonight's show in Columbus (which had already been postponed twice) has now been officially cancelled.
PREVIOUSLY POSTPONED MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE SHOW SET FOR TONIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
After two postponements due to continued illness among the band and crew, the concert featuring My Chemical Romance and The Black Parade with Muse, presented by CD101 and PromoWest Productions, originally set for Tuesday, May 1 at Nationwide Arena has been officially cancelled. The band will reschedule the concert at a later date.
Refunds are available at point of purchase.
From what I've been hearing on messageboards and whatnot, some people are still in the hospital and one crew member is even in ICU.
This is really starting to not bode well for tomorrow night's show. :/

We were told they are on the bus now and the concert is on scheduled as
planned.
To be on the safe side, I would double check back with us tomorrow.

EDIT
I have just received a second email from Joanie Berney, from the Sovereign Center:
My Chemical Romance and support act Muse deeply regret that they have had to cancel several dates on their current tour due to members of My Chemical Romance band and crew and members of Muse's crew being struck with serious food poisoning.
The nationwide tour, supporting My Chemical Romance's platinum album The Black Parade and Muse's album, Black Holes and Revelations, was brought to a standstill on Sunday when several members of My Chemical Romance's band and crew and members of Muse's crew became violently ill after the show at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. With multiple people scattered in hospitals between State College, PA and Columbus, OH, the bands are forced to cancel Friday night’s show at the Sovereign Center in Reading, PA.
My Chemical Romance and Muse would like their fans to know that they hope to resume the tour as soon as possible. Tickets for the May 4th show at the Sovereign Center will be refunded at point of purchase.
