fucking hell. You & I are in different positions, but I will tell you what we did. She transferred the house to me, and I had been claiming her as a dependent. I'm not sure if I can still do that now that she gets disability, but the fact that she owns *nothing* helped get her the money & I think would do the same for you guys, should you go/be able to go that route.
I *think* your mom should be able to collect some other kind of social services. Medicaide or some shit?
