The best decisions in the world may never feel right. Hoom indeed. A cool thing that a friend did when she had to give away a loved pet was set a price when she advertised. When the buyer came round, put the dog through it's paces and then offered her the money she turned the cash down. She figured that anyone that was willing to pay the right price obviously had the animal's best interests at heart. I don't know if it would work with Howard, but I know that you will make the best decision for him. And that is what makes you a good pet owner.
