according to maslow's hierarchy of needs, higher goals can not be satisfied until basic needs have been met. who can think about quilting when they haven't eaten in three days? who can concentrate on a boring english class when they're sexually frustrated? (cough) who can be bothered to learn new stitches when they haven't been resting themselves properly?
