A letter for the old tenant of this apartment from the Christian Motorcycle Calvary.

*snork!*

I don't have the heart to throw it away.

What was /not/ in the mail is another unemployment check for me. Something has gone wrong and I need to stomp down the office to sort it out. The last time I called was on 6/11. That's when my check said to call in. I received two checks after that phone call. One of which was my waiting week credit and thusly, had no date for me to next call in. And the other told me to call in on 6/11.

I received it on the 15th.
And I ALREADY CALLED IN ON THE 11TH, YOU NUMB FUCKS!!!

So. I need to drive down to the unemployment office, which I hate doing. It's in Camden, for one thing. And I hate driving to Camden. No one there knows how to drive and pulling out of the parking lot back onto the main road is an exercise in hellishness. And the people actually inside the office are annoying beyond all human comprehension. Most of the workers I've spoken to have been relatively nice, which is a shock to everyone I tell that to, but I know-I just KNOW-I'm going to get saddled with an asshole sooner or later. And I dread to think that it might be this go round.

Their phone system blows, as well. You call up to get information and you become stuck in this monstrous phone tree. It's all automated and the woman's voice they used for the recording grates on every single nerve I had. She makes me want to stab things. And the phone tree isn't even really any help whatsoever. You just get lost in endless loops of *press 1 for yes!* and somehow never get the information that you're looking for.

One of the office workers once told my brother that they were trying to eliminate people coming down to the office altogether. Not with that phone system, I tell you.

I should go down today, but I got up massively late and right now I'm being a lazy fuck. I also need to find an Allstate office so I can drop off my mother's car insurance payment. Oh, and while I'm at it...I need to find seventy five dollars for my monthly vet payment before they send my account to collections. Which I really don't want to happen.

*sigh*
