also: when i was in high school, we had this dumbass thing called sports night and it was mandatory for all to participate in at least the opening of it. it involved dancing and shit, and if you didn't do it, you failed gym. so i went, in protest cutting my hair too short for the mandatory french braid, refusing to sing and doing the most cursory movements.

but one of the songs...

was that fucking song.
