AVG tells me that my computer is clean.
Stinger tells me I have 21 Swen infected files.

WTF?!

What do I do now?

Well here's the virus info from Trend:

At least it just looks like a nuisance virus as opposed to one that tries to delete everything on your computer. For a second opinion try the Trend Housecall service on their web site:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Housecall doesn't actually remove anything though - it'll just let you know if you have a problem.

We use Trend's corporate edition software on our machines at work, and we haven't had a single infection in two years, so it is very reliable. Hope you manage to sort it out
