I'm still enormously snarly.
I've installed AIM, which is certainly no Trillian Pro. I need to wait until Carrie returns online to get that particular program again. I've also gotten my LiveJournal client and am currently working on downloading WinMx again.
I've lost everything, though. All of my icons and graphics. All the photos I had saved of my friends. All the programs I had. My bookmarks (which really hurts, I had hundreds saved). All of it. Gone. All my music!
The only thing I ever really backed up to disc was my writing.
I'd really like to know what caused this bullshit.
On top of all of this, I had driven out to the grocery store to pick up a few things. My mother had deposited my paycheck for me today, while I was still working. I wasn't sure if it would have gone through yet, so I decided to check my balance before I used my debit card to pay for anything.
My balance is $100.
My paycheck, mind you, was over $700.
Where's the rest of my money?
Fucked if I know.
But, the bank is going to get a rather chilly phone call in the morning.
And there better be a good fucking explanation for this. And it had better sound a lot like: I'm sorry, Ms.Maguire. There was a mistake. Just let me fix this for you and put all of your money back into your account!
