I've been largely keeping myself to myself, lately. Computer visits have been brief, except for job hunting, and far between. This isn't a good season for me, I'm afraid. And there's a large chunk of BLERGH hanging over my head, as we speak.

I could run out a laundry list of complaints for you all, of what is currently crap in my life right now, but I won't bother. It can be summed up in two words, really: health and money. Specifically, my mother (and Edgar's) health. And my money. None of which are currently doing great.

Hell, none of which are currently even doing mediocre.

Tomorrow, my plan is to drive to my father's house and dig through the basement, where all of my belongings are stored. I'm going to drag out every single (good) VHS movie I have down there and sell the shit out of them to a nearby shop for a little bit of cash to fulfill some obligations. Then I'm going to go home and force feed liquid/food into Edgar until there's more of it in his belly then there is on my shirt. And THEN, I'm going to go to a party and get stinking drunk.

Okay, maybe not stinking drunk. But, I'm going to strap on enough of a buzz to the point where I can laugh and not focus on everything that's bad right now.

It'll pass. All of it will.
I'm just getting rather impatient waiting for it to go, goddamnit.

So, if anyone really feels the need to get in touch with me, then email me. Don't wait for me to show my face on AIM or LJ.
Or, if you are possessing of the digits, give me a call. I've either got my nose in a book or I'm knitting, two things which I seem to be doing the most of lately.

His words of wisdom cheer me up, immeasurably.

"well, life may seem to be the suck for me, but look at poor old robert (johnson) here, who has more blues than i'll ever know, and additionally is dead."
