Today at work, I learned that it would take 165,864,497,920 3X3 crocheted granny sqaures to make a moon cozy.

Yes, this is how we fight for women's reproductive rights in this office.

I should come by some time, and wave a tiny american flag at you.

Heh... the clinician at Planned Parenthood, who I love, having dealt with her in both offices, today told me we're essentially fucked. She looked so sad. She's older and has been around all of this a lot longer than most, and you can tell she's just... sad... that there's no real way to fight for shit.

I bet making a moon cozy is just as effective as screaming in the streets.

I wasn't aware the moon was complaining of chills. Stupid moon.

I'll have to mention that to my mother. She's hunting around for another corcheting project.

Fascinating.

In other randomness, on my travel between Scottsbluff Nebraska and Denver Colorado, I passes enough nuclear silos to blow the world over three times.

There are a few nuclear power plants in this general vicinity that I remember seeing on a motorcycle run with my father when I was a wee one. I don't remember all that much about them specifically, except for the general feeling of being freaked out.

It was the soldier with the M-16 that freaked me out.

(I'm from Canada, and I've never seen that before then)
