I have continually attempted to have this conversation with myself, but it never works out quite so well.

Zombies are, after all, pretty fucking scary.

Although, I still think the fast moving ones are scarier.
I mean, c'mon. My fat ass running away from Olympic sprinting-type zombies? That's a laugh, I tell you.

ok so there has been way too many nights overthinking the whole zombie doomsday thing. It would make sense that a recent corpse would be able to use all its muscles without triggering those pesky and limiting pain sensors that stop us from all having retard strength. So an hours or day old zombie could easily be a super fast ninja zombie.Now if the muscles are not regenerating like they do in the living these creatures would be destroyed after one good run or flying ninja kick leaving them the slowest shambler around. The body simple couldnt go any faster without the muscle structure, so in theory the older they are the slower they are.
