This is somewhat unrelated, but since you have your finger on the pulse of the bpal world, maybe you have heard similar tales. ;) I bought these. They were Expensive. I have been gently wearing them and have not even washed them yet (which I will of course do by hand), and the ink on the heart is cracking. Have other people complained of similar? I frown with sadness.

I was going to do it on Monday (the 24th), but I've been sick and not very vertical, and wasn't able to do it. I believe I'm going back to work tomorrow, so I'm hitting the post office in the late afternoon.

Oh, I want but I'm such a fuckin n00b. I don't know any of this stuff (which is the main reason I haven't bought any; I like sniffin' first).

What would you recommend? My favourite perfume is Gap's Day, which is a really light and citrusy scent, but it's long discontinued. I also favour Egyptian Musk essential oil, and will wear that on its own.

Off the top of my head, though: Nyarlahotep is light and citrusy, but also has a resin note. Punkie Night is an herbally kind of apple scent. Red Phoenix is a fruity red musk.

You are, of course, more than welcome to come over and smell everything if you are wary of buying things unsniffed. My door is open. :D
