I do that quite often - and it often follows a change of car, actually. Not because of the cost, but just because the car has an impact on my self-image, or did at least. The RX8 was a bold, brash sportscar (for me. It was grey, though) and I definitely felt more confident and "mobile". The C6 hasn't stuck yet in that way, but apparently it's very much "my" car.

This time around, decluttering the studio has lead to decluttering a LOT more. I have a model of Basil Fawlty's Austin, where he's hitting it with branches - the box is a prototype or something. Apparently it's now considered to be 1 of 24 made. Straight on eBay it goes.

I think there's a black dragon on mine, but I'm kind of fuzzy-headed at the moment and at work. I don't remember a date being on the bottle, though. I'll check when I get home tonight and let you know.
