strangling the breeze
Dec. 12th, 2002 09:58 amSo terribly tired. Four and a half hours of sleep. I went to bed and stared at the glow in the dark stars I've pasted all over the walls of my room.
I have tea now. With real milk I brought in a Night of the Living Dead thermos. And I've also got chocolate covered almonds, which I know will be helpful in a sugar rush for later on.
I'm expected at Borders this evening, for the usual Thursday meet-up with the Engineer and the Priest They Called Him. I should also probably pick up a few things from there that I've been wanting to, for Christmas presents for people. But, I'm vastly tired and dreading getting home and not wanting to leave again, as I'm very famous for.
I can't find the mix CD I made with Peter Gabriel's "Red Rain" on it. This is most distressing. Fret. Fret. Fret.
Oh, and it would appear that my stupid and stupid email is down. I tried to check it before I left for work and I kept getting prompted to enter a password, which is something that I don't usually do. Trying to check it from the webmail function from my office also brings up zeros, that time go round it told me that either (a.) I've entered the wrong password, which I didn't. Or (b.) the server is currently overloaded.
Annoyance, I tell you.
