I took Midnight to the vet this afternoon.

She's been euthanised, as there really wasn't anything else that could be done.

i am so sorry.
the loss of a pet is one of the most painful things to go through...
on top of all your other worries.

i won't spout any cliched bullshit. i'm just sorry. :(
i was devastated when we had to put my dog to sleep... i will never forget how much that hurt.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I've never had to put a pet down and couldn't imagine the pain to do it. In a sense though I rather see them go away peacefully than suffer. Only time can heal and no matter what you will always remember what a special place she had in your life.
